The film-maker again explores Chile's violent past but this time also examines the country's waterways and its 2,600 mile-long coastline. The film tells the story of the country's most ancient inhabitants, The Water People, and features interviews with their descendants who discuss the reasons behind their demise. Meanwhile, Guzmán narrates the tale of another native who was taken from his home in Tierra del Fuego to England in 1830 in order to be made civilised. He also later narrates the tale of the country's 'disappeared' who dared to oppose President Salvador Allende.<br/><br/><i>Typ: DVD</i>

When subway fares were increased, young activists fought back against the inequality and injustice they saw in their country and began months of demonstrations involving hundreds of thousands of people. These events ultimately led to the election of a new president and the decision to rewrite the country's constitution.
