With Mary now confined to a mental asylum and suffering from a severe skin disease, Julia's uncle pushes her into going to visit Mary for the first time in years. The visit doesn't go well however, and when a number of Julia's friends are then brutally murdered in the lead up to her birthday, she begins to suspect that Mary has something to do with it.
