Family drama centred around an elderly couple (Peter Falk and Olympia Dukakis) whose marriage is on the rocks. Written, produced by and starring Paul Reiser, the film tracks the efforts of the couple's middle-aged son Ben (Reiser) and his three sisters to track down their departed mother and figure out what has gone wrong. As part of the process, Ben takes his father on a day trip to look at some property he is interested in buying, and the two get a chance to connect in a way they haven't done for years.
