In the first season, Armstrong and her team begin an investigation into the disappearance of teenage twins. However, Armstrong's involvement proves difficult when it becomes clear that she may have a personal link to their disappearance. Will she unearth the truth without implicating herself? In the second season, Armstrong finds herself demoted to the role of Constable. However, the death of a distinguished lawyer gives her an opportunity to redeem herself as she sets about finding a motive behind the hired killing.
