Matthew Laborteaux and Kristy Swanson star in this sci-fi horror directed by Wes Craven. Paul Conway (Laborteaux) - a teen prodigy who designed and built his own robot, BB - moves house with his mother and finds himself living next door to Samantha Pringle (Swanson) and her abusive, alcoholic father Harry (Richard Marcus).
