Luffy (voice of Mayumi Tanaka) and his Straw Hat pirate crew. In 'The Adventure of Dead End' (2003) Luffy and his crew get involved in a competition with a valuable reward for those who reach the finish line first. But there is a shady character behind this competition, an ex-military commander in fact, whose plan is to lure all the pirates drawn by the competition into military waters and destroy them. The Straw Hats will need all their skill and ingenuity to escape with their lives, and maybe even the reward. In 'The Cursed Holy Sword' (2004) the crew explore an island for a legendary sword of extreme value, but before they can make off with the loot there are marines, distractions and even betrayal to contend with. In 'Baron Omatsuri and the Secret Island' (2005) the Straw Hats travel to a recreational island for some relaxation. El Drago scatters Luffy and his crew and presses on with his hunt, and so the Straw Hat pirates must regroup and find their own way to the island where the treasure is hidden if they wish to take it for themselves. In 'The Adventure of Spiral Island' (2001) the Straw Hat crew must fight their way up Spiral Island to reclaim their ship, the Going Merry, from the devious siblings who have stolen it. In 'Chopper's Kingdom in the Strange Animal Island' (2002) the crew finds Crown Island and the talking animals which inhabit it. These animals make Chopper (Ikue Ootani) their king, but there are other people on the island who endanger this animal kingdom in their hunt for the legendary horns they think will grant them great power.<br/><br/><i>Typ: DVD</i>

In 'Ju-On: The Curse' (2000), school teacher Shunsuke Kobayashi (Yûrei Yanagi) makes a house call to check on his student Toshio Saeki (Ryota Koyama) after his repeated absences from school. In doing so he uncovers the horrific murder of Toshio's mother Kayako (Takako Fuji) within the Saeki household, a murder so violent that it induced a curse upon the house and all who enter it. In 'Ju-On: The Curse 2' (2000), which retells certain stories of the first film, a new family living in the house become afflicted with the curse. At the same time Tatsuya Suzuki (Makoto Ashikawa), a real estate agent, employs his psychic sister Kyoko (Yuko Daike) to help investigate the house, but in doing so they unwittingly bring the curse back to their family. In 'Ju-On: The Grudge' (2002), social worker Rika Nishina (Megumi Okina) is tasked with looking after the elderly Sachie Tokunaga (Chikako Isomura), who lives with her family at the cursed house. While there, Rika is shocked to find a young boy named Toshio (Yuya Ozeki) shortly before she witnesses Sachie's death, seemingly caused by a ghost. The following police investigation brings more people to the cursed house, allowing it to spread further than ever before. In 'Ju-On: The Grudge 2' (2003) Kyoko Harase (Noriko Sakai) is invited to join a TV production investigating rumours about the cursed household, and though they experience little in the way of paranormal events while filming, the team soon experiences their own horrors after being subjected to the curse. In 'Ju-On: Black Ghost' (2009), after school girl Fukie (Hana Matsumoto) is rushed to hospital following a collapse, she exhibits strange behaviour and is placed under supervision. When it is revealed that Fukie's behaviour is due to a strange cyst that may be the physical remnant of a merged twin, attempts to deal with the cyst soon unleash an evil spirit intent on revenge. Finally, in 'Ju-On: White Ghost' (2009), Atsushi Isobe (Tsuyoshi Muro) becomes possessed after moving to a new house, causing him to kill his entire family before hanging himself in the nearby forest. The first dream, 'Sunshine Through the Rain', depicts the belief that foxes marry when the sun shines through a rainstorm. 'The Peach Orchard' follows the link between a doll festival and fruit trees which have the power to bring the dolls to life. In 'The Blizzard', a group of mountaineers struggle to walk on as the snow hampers their progress. 'The Tunnel' follows the journey of a discharged commander who is returning home from the Second World War. In 'Crows', Martin Scorsese stars as Vincent Van Gogh who is discovered when an art student travels through one of his paintings. 'Mount Fuji in Red' follows the chaos that ensues after six reactors at a nuclear plant near Mount Fuji explode, filling the skies with bright red fumes. In 'The Weeping Demon', a boy lost in the mountains comes across a horned man who explains that a holocaust has wiped out the human race. In 'Shikoku' (1999), Hinako (Yui Natsukawa) returns home to Shikoku and learns that her childhood friend Sayori (Chiaki Kuriyama) drowned several years ago. Sayori's mother Teruko (Toshie Negishi), a Shinto priestess, is acting strangely and as Hinako investigates, she learns about an ancient folk-tale that could bring her friend back to life. 'Isola: Multiple Personality Girl' (2000) is set in the aftermath of the Kobe Earthquake in 1995. Yukari Kamo (Yoshino Kimura) is a psychic who travels to the area to help survivors but when she meets Chihiro Moritani (Yû Kurosawa), a girl with dissociative identity disorder, she realises that the trauma Chihiro has experienced has caused something dangerous to unfurl in her mind. In 'Inugami' (2001) young schoolteacher Akira (Atsuro Watabe) falls in love with with a local papermaker, Miki (Yuki Amami). Miki's family have lived in the same village for 900 years and, unbeknownst to Akira, are the guardians of evil spirits known as inugami. With Miki distracted by her new love, the spirits are able to slip loose from her control and inflict terrible harm on those who challenge them. In 'St. John's Wort' (2001) Nami (Megumi Okina) has been creating artwork for a new video game based on images she's been seeing in her dreams. Accompanied by one of the game producers, Kohei (Yôichirô Saitô), she travels out to an abandoned house that she has recently inherited from her estranged father. As the pair explore the old mansion, filming their expedition with a digital camera and beaming the results back to their company as they go, they make a series of horrifying and grisly discoveries and also begin to realise that they themselves are being watched by a mysterious and malevolent presence through surveillance cameras in every room of the house. 'Carved: The Slit-Mouthed Woman' (2007) follows Kyoko Yamashita (Eriko Satô), a teacher investigating the disappearances of several children with help from her co-worker Noboru Matsuzaki (Haruhiko Katô). They soon come to realise that the spirit taking the children has ties to Noboru's own tragic past. In 'Persona' (2000) a bullied student adopts a new persona when he begins wearing a ceramic mask at school and soon, other students begin to follow his example. Using the anonymity bestowed by the masks, they act without fearing the consequences of their behaviour. Finally, 'Noroi: The Curse' (2005) follows paranormal researcher Masafumi Kobayashi (Jin Muraki) as he investigates the legend of an ancient demon.
