In 'Bodyguard Kiba: Deadly Triangle Jump' (1973) Kiba is imprisoned after seeking revenge on the man who blinded his sister Maki (Etsuko Shihomi). Set in Hiroshima during World War II, 18-year-old Suzu (voice of Rena Nounen) is newly married and finds herself with a hungry family to feed. Despite the strict rations placed on them, Suzu must fight to survive and provide for her family, but when she is accused of being a spy her priorities change from finding food to proving her innocence.
