The film deals with the union of the underworld and terrorism in modern day India, and follows the lives of a variety of characters who occupy roles on different sides of the law. RD (Sumeet Nijhawan) is the new head of the underworld in Mumbai after assuming control from the exiled Goonga (Upendra Limaye), who now waits for his chance for revenge.
