In 'Basil the Rat', waiter Manuel (Andrew Sachs)'s Siberian hamster turns out to be a rat, which goes missing just in time for a visit from the hotel inspector. 'Communication Problems' sees Basil (Cleese) forced to deal with a deaf guest while attempting to conceal his gambling win from Sybil (Prunella Scales). In 'The Anniversary', a secret party planned for Sybil goes awry when the guest of honour storms out of the hotel. 'The Germans' sees Basil failing to cope with a fire drill and the arrival of some German guests while Sybil is in hospital - 'Don't mention the war - I did once, but I think I got away with it!'. In 'The Hotel Inspectors', Basil goes into fawning overdrive when he learns that a group of hotel inspectors are operating in the area. In 'A Touch of Class', Basil's quest for a better class of clientele seems to have succeeded with the arrival at the hotel of Lord Melbury (Michael Gwynn). Or has it? 'The Kipper and the Corpse' finds Basil and Manuel trying to dispose of a dead body without any of the guests noticing. Needless to say, they are less than successful. In 'Waldorf Salad', some newly-arrived American guests' request for transatlantic cuisine does not go down well with Basil in the kitchen. 'Gourmet Night' sees the Fawltys' attempt to throw a cultural evening fail when their chef hits the bottle. In 'The Psychiatrist', Basil begins behaving even more oddly than usual when he learns that a psychiatrist is staying at the hotel. 'The Builders' sees Basil in hot water with Sybil when he employs the unreliable Irish labourer Mr O'Reilly (David Kelly) to do some work in the hotel lobby. In series 1, the lads have to battle mutant animals engineered in a secret laboratory underneath the zoo, as well as fight a kangaroo to raise money for their dilapidated workplace. A perilous journey to find the fabled Egg of Mantumba leads to a fight with the dreaded Black Frost, and when Howard is accidentally taken off to Monkey Hell, Vince has to journey through time and space to rescue him from the Ape of Death. 'Jackass: The Movie' (2002) is the first big screen outing for Johnny Knoxville and friends and features a variety of silly and dangerous stunts, including fun and games with golf carts, urine-soaked snow cones and self-inflicted paper cuts. Series regulars Bam Margera, Steve-O, Dave England, Chris Pontius (alias Party Boy) and Jason Acuña (alias Wee Man) all make an appearance. 'Jackass: Number 2' (2006) features more cringe-worthy stunts, more nasty spills, and more stupid pranks. As well as their native US, the crewmembers also take their camera to Australia, India and Moscow in their search for new ways to gross out the audience. 'Jackass 2.5' (2007) is another insane foray into stupidity, featuring all the stuff they couldn't show you on television. The boys take their stunts to all-new heights that will leave you laughing, squirming, and begging for more (or, possibly, less). In 'Jackass 3' (2010), bull riding, a paintball shootout, rocket jet-skiing and bungee jumping while strapped to a (full) toilet are just some of the pranks the boys get up to this time round, as well as 'the worst wake-up in the world', in which Bam Margera wakes up his sleeping friend in the most brutal and disgusting ways he can dream up. 'Jackass 3.5' (2011) includes stunts which couldn't be included in the previous instalment 'Jackass 3'.
