On their way they have to deal with the sarcastic taunts of the French Knight, the Knights who say 'Ni', Tim the Enchanter and the Terror of the Cave of Caerbannog. 'Life of Brian' (1979), set during Biblical times, tells the story of Brian (Graham Chapman), an accidental messiah whose life runs in eerie parallel to that of Jesus Christ. His misadventures come to the attention of Pilate, crucifixion inevitably follows, and the film ends with the infamous group rendition of the song 'Always Look On the Bright Side of Life'.<br/><br/><i>Typ: DVD</i>

In 'Fisherman's Friends' (2019), while on a stag weekend in Cornwall, London music executive Danny (Daniel Mays) is tasked with signing a group of local fishermen who perform together as part-time sea shanty singers. Despite the uphill challenge of convincing all of the ten men, who want no part of fame or fortune, to sign with him, Danny embeds himself in the community and succeeds, only to find out from his boss that the idea to sign them was just a big joke. Unwilling to go back on his word, Danny attempts to convince another label to offer them a real contract. In 'Fisherman's Friends: One and All' (2022), a year on from the successful release of their debut album, the band is in turmoil as they struggle to cope with the demands of their new-found fame. Faced with being dropped by their record label, the band searches for a new recruit to replace Jim (James Purefoy)'s late father, Jago (David Hayman). In 'A Grand Day Out' (1989) Wallace runs out of his favourite Wensleydale cheese on Boxing Day and cannot find a shop open to replenish his stock. The only solution he can think of is to fly his homemade rocket to the biggest block of cheese in the universe: the moon. In 'The Wrong Trousers' (1993) Wallace and Gromit cross paths with ruthless criminal Feathers McGraw, a penguin who disguises himself as a chicken and has a plan to use Wallace's Techno Trousers to commit robbery. In 'A Close Shave' (1995) Wallace becomes infatuated with Wendolene (Anne Reid) who owns a wool shop. Meanwhile, Gromit becomes interested in the case of some disappearing sheep and identifies Wendolene's dog Preston as the culprit. However, when the devious dog frames Gromit for the crime and he is imprisoned, he needs Wallace and the sheep, led by Shaun, to break him out. Finally, in 'A Matter of Loaf and Death' (2008), the pair have converted their home into the 'Top Bun' bakery - complete with a rooftop windmill - but with 12 local bakers having gone mysteriously missing, Gromit worries that they will soon complete the baker's dozen. Wallace, meanwhile, is oblivious to the danger, and with his master otherwise engaged, it's up to Gromit to solve the mystery before Wallace becomes the next victim.<br/><br/><i>Typ: DVD</i>

However, when one of the group's cases gets caught in the door and opens to reveal, not a musical instrument, but a plethora of banknotes, the virtuous Mrs Wilberforce vows to go to the police with the identities of the men. In 'Basil the Rat', waiter Manuel (Andrew Sachs)'s Siberian hamster turns out to be a rat, which goes missing just in time for a visit from the hotel inspector. 'Communication Problems' sees Basil (Cleese) forced to deal with a deaf guest while attempting to conceal his gambling win from Sybil (Prunella Scales). In 'The Anniversary', a secret party planned for Sybil goes awry when the guest of honour storms out of the hotel. 'The Germans' sees Basil failing to cope with a fire drill and the arrival of some German guests while Sybil is in hospital - 'Don't mention the war - I did once, but I think I got away with it!'. In 'The Hotel Inspectors', Basil goes into fawning overdrive when he learns that a group of hotel inspectors are operating in the area. In 'A Touch of Class', Basil's quest for a better class of clientele seems to have succeeded with the arrival at the hotel of Lord Melbury (Michael Gwynn). Or has it? 'The Kipper and the Corpse' finds Basil and Manuel trying to dispose of a dead body without any of the guests noticing. Needless to say, they are less than successful. In 'Waldorf Salad', some newly-arrived American guests' request for transatlantic cuisine does not go down well with Basil in the kitchen. 'Gourmet Night' sees the Fawltys' attempt to throw a cultural evening fail when their chef hits the bottle. In 'The Psychiatrist', Basil begins behaving even more oddly than usual when he learns that a psychiatrist is staying at the hotel. 'The Builders' sees Basil in hot water with Sybil when he employs the unreliable Irish labourer Mr O'Reilly (David Kelly) to do some work in the hotel lobby. Finally, in 'The Wedding Party', Basil gets the wrong impression when some old friends of Polly (Booth)'s arrive at the hotel.<br/><br/><i>Typ: DVD</i>
