Set in Middle-Earth 60 years before events in 'The Lord of the Rings', 'The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey' (2012) follows the adventures of Hobbit Bilbo Baggins (Martin Freeman), who, at the instigation of the wizard Gandalf (Ian McKellen), suddenly finds himself co-opted into joining a company of 13 Dwarves led by Thorin Oakenshield (Richard Armitage) to help reclaim the Dwarves' lost kingdom of the Lonely Mountain from the clutches of a dragon. After setting out on their quest from the safety of Bag End, the band of travellers soon find themselves pitted against a range of strange and fearsome opponents, in addition to a small, slimy creature known simply as Gollum (Andy Serkis). In 'The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug' (2013), while Gandalf heads south on his own, Bilbo, Thorin and the Dwarves enter the treacherous Mirkwood Forest on their way to the mountain. When they reach Lake-town Bilbo has to perform the role he was assigned at the start of the quest - to find a secret door that will lead him to the lair of Smaug the dragon (voice of Benedict Cumberbatch). In the final instalment, 'The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies' (2014), Bilbo, Thorin and the other Dwarves have unintentionally released Smaug from the Lonely Mountain and endangered the residents of Lake-town. Bilbo has to make a difficult decision when Thorin puts his desire to find the royal jewel Arkenstone before his loyalty to his friends. Meanwhile, Gandalf discovers that the evil Sauron has returned, commanding a horde of Orcs to attack the Lonely Mountain. Bilbo and his friends must fight for their survival as five armies meet in battle. 'Jazz maverick' Howard Moon (Julian Barratt) and self-styled 'King of the Mods' Vince Noir (Noel Fielding), two workers in a run-down zoo, are often called upon to put their jobs before their pride. That means dressing up as animals and sitting in cages because their boss, American entrepreneur Bob Fossil (Rich Fulcher), can't afford any real animals. In series 1, the lads have to battle mutant animals engineered in a secret laboratory underneath the zoo, as well as fight a kangaroo to raise money for their dilapidated workplace. A perilous journey to find the fabled Egg of Mantumba leads to a fight with the dreaded Black Frost, and when Howard is accidentally taken off to Monkey Hell, Vince has to journey through time and space to rescue him from the Ape of Death. Episodes comprise: 'Killeroo'; 'Mutants'; 'Bollo'; 'Tundra'; 'Jungle'; 'Charlie'; 'Electro' and 'Hitcher'. In series 2, the inept duo have formed their own band and manage to escape from the zoo, a situation that results in them confronting a deranged demonic granny, and trying to find the legendary Fountain of Youth to revive their flagging fortunes. In series 3, Howard and Vince are still in Dalston, working in Naboo (Michael Fielding)'s second hand shop, which gives Howard the chance to try and sell his esoteric jazz record and Vince the opportunity to try on some new wigs. 'Jackass: The Movie' (2002) is the first big screen outing for Johnny Knoxville and friends and features a variety of silly and dangerous stunts, including fun and games with golf carts, urine-soaked snow cones and self-inflicted paper cuts. Series regulars Bam Margera, Steve-O, Dave England, Chris Pontius (alias Party Boy) and Jason Acuña (alias Wee Man) all make an appearance. 'Jackass: Number 2' (2006) features more cringe-worthy stunts, more nasty spills, and more stupid pranks. As well as their native US, the crewmembers also take their camera to Australia, India and Moscow in their search for new ways to gross out the audience. 'Jackass 2.5' (2007) is another insane foray into stupidity, featuring all the stuff they couldn't show you on television. The boys take their stunts to all-new heights that will leave you laughing, squirming, and begging for more (or, possibly, less). In 'Jackass 3' (2010), bull riding, a paintball shootout, rocket jet-skiing and bungee jumping while strapped to a (full) toilet are just some of the pranks the boys get up to this time round, as well as 'the worst wake-up in the world', in which Bam Margera wakes up his sleeping friend in the most brutal and disgusting ways he can dream up. 'Jackass 3.5' (2011) includes stunts which couldn't be included in the previous instalment 'Jackass 3'. The latest additional footage features the likes of firework stunts, skateboarding through a series of dangerous obstacles, 'extreme' skiing and Steve-O being painfully introduced to a snapping turtle.<br/><br/><i>Typ: DVD / Box Set</i>

The first series, 'The Blackadder' (1983), is set during the supposed reign of Richard IV (Brian Blessed). Prince Edmund (Rowan Atkinson) is the king's worthless slimy son who schemes to take the throne for himself, assisted by his idiotic sidekicks Percy (Tim McInnerny) and Baldrick (Tony Robinson). The episodes are: 'The Foretelling', 'Born to Be King', 'The Archbishop', 'The Queen of Spain's Beard', 'Witchsmeller Pursuivant' and 'The Black Seal'. In the second series, 'Blackadder II' (1986), Edmund has been reduced to the rank of Lord in Elizabethan London, and seeks to insinuate himself into the Queen (Miranda Richardson)'s court, hindered as ever by Lord Percy and Baldrick, and the queen's chancellor, Lord Melchett (Stephen Fry). The episodes are: 'Bells', 'Head', 'Potato', 'Money', 'Beer', and 'Chains'. In the third series, 'Blackadder the Third' (1987), Edmund Blackadder is now butler to the moronic Prince George (Hugh Laurie), and in Regency London he finds himself crossing paths with figures such as Samuel Johnson (Robbie Coltrane), the elusive Scarlet Pimpernel (McInnerny), and the violent Duke of Wellington (Fry). The episodes are: 'Dish and Dishonesty', 'Ink and Incapability', 'Nob and Nobility', 'Sense and Senility', 'Amy and Amiability', and 'Duel and Duality'. In the fourth series, 'Blackadder Goes Forth' (1989), Edmund is now a captain in the British Army during the First World War, doing his best to avoid death at the hands of the Germans.
