Meanwhile, he consults with former psychiatrist and serial killer Hannibal Lecktor (Brian Cox), who is now in prison and whose attack on Graham led to his previous retirement. When it becomes apparent that Lecktor and the Tooth Fairy have been in contact with each other, Graham realises that his family is in danger.
