In 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' (1990) Leonardo (voice of Brian Tochi), Donatello (Corey Feldman), Michelangelo (Robbie Rist) and Raphael (Josh Pais) must rescue Splinter (Kevin Clash), their adoptive father and the rat ninja master who trained them. He has been kidnapped by the Shredder (James Saito), the ruthless leader of the Foot Clan, a group of ninjas who are responsible for a wave of thefts across the city. However, the Shredder proves to be a formidable foe who shares a complicated past with Splinter and the Turtles will need help from reporter April O'Neil (Judith Hoag) and vigilante Casey Jones (Elias Koteas) to save him. In 'The Secret of the Ooze' (1991) the Shredder (François Chau) wants to avenge his previous defeat and so he kidnaps Professor Jordan Perry (David Warner), the man who created the substance which originally mutated Splinter and the Turtles. As the Shredder forces Perry to use the mutagen again, the Turtles race to find a way to stop him. However, they find themselves at odds over how best to proceed and Raphael (voice of Laurie Faso) joins forces with pizza delivery boy and martial arts expert Keno (Ernie Reyes Jr.) to take on the Shredder and the Foot Clan alone. Finally, in 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III' (1993), when a mystical sceptre transports April (Paige Turco) back in time to feudal Japan, the Turtles quickly follow. After they rescue April, time is running out for them to return home but they choose to stay longer and come to the aid of the inhabitants of a small village struggling to defend themselves from the tyrannical Lord Norinaga (Sab Shimono).<br/><br/><i>Typ: DVD</i>

In 'Superman - The Movie' (1978), a baby from the planet Krypton develops superhuman powers under Earth's yellow sun. As an adult (Christopher Reeve) he dons red cape and pants, and flies across the world doing good deeds, whilst also hiding behind the alias of mild-mannered reporter Clark Kent. Fellow journalist Lois Lane (Margot Kidder) falls for the muscleman in tights without realising he and her bumbling colleague are one and the same. This special-effects laden adaptation of the DC Comics series also features Marlon Brando in a highly-paid cameo and Gene Hackman as evil mastermind criminal Lex Luthor. Director Richard Lester provides a slightly tongue-in-cheek sequel with 'Superman 2' (1980), in which our hero continues to outstrip speeding bullets and leap tall buildings in a single bound, this time while preventing three arch-enemies from space from achieving world domination. In 'Superman 3' (1983), synthetic Kryptonite turns the normally upstanding Superman into a low-grade Supersleaze, clearing the path for a megalomaniac tycoon (Robert Vaughn) and a computer whiz (Richard Pryor) to take over the world. In 'Superman 4: The Quest for Peace' (1987), Superman, moved by a schoolboy's request, determines to rid the world of nuclear weapons. However, his arch enemy Lex Luthor, now a nuclear arms entrepreneur, clones Nuclear Man (Mark Pillow) from a strand of the hero's hair and the two mighty men battle it out in space. Finally, 'Superman Returns' (2006) is a sequel set after the events of 'Superman 2'. After eliminating General Zod and the other Kryptonian arch-villains, Ursa and Non, Superman (Brandon Routh) leaves Earth to search for his former home planet, Krypton. When he arrives he finds nothing but remnants and returns to Earth. Upon his return, he finds a Metropolis that doesn't need him anymore. Lois Lane (Kate Bosworth) is engaged to a relative of his boss (James Marsden), and to make matters worse, his arch-nemesis Lex Luthor (Kevin Spacey) has contrived a plot to build a continent using the crystals of Krypton that will wipe out most of North America. Meanwhile, Mike is secretly dating Syd (Gabrielle Union), Marcus's younger sister, and neither of them are aware that she is working undercover for the DEA. As they continue to hunt drug lord Hector Juan Carlos Tapia (Jordi Mollà), Syd is kidnapped, and Mike and Marcus race to find her and stop Tapia before it's too late. In 'Bad Boys for Life' (2020), as Marcus considers retirement, someone with ties to Mike's past arrives in Miami intent on causing chaos and destruction. With the people they care about in danger, Mike and Marcus must reunite to put an end to the threat. Finally, in 'Bad Boys: Ride Or Die' (2024), Captain Conrad Howard (Joe Pantoliano) is accused of working with drug cartels and Mike and Marcus are determined to clear his name. They begin investigating but when they are set up, they are forced to become fugitives. When an evil force threatens the Earth and its inhabitants, Clark resumes his true identity as a superhero and fights to save the planet. In 'Batman V Superman - Dawn of Justice' (2016), concerned that Superman (Cavill)'s powers may get out of hand if he isn't kept under control, vigilante Batman (Ben Affleck) leaves Gotham City for Metropolis where the two heroes find themselves in a head-to-head battle.
