But after changing his opinion of the party he volunteered for the independent companies and fought against Germany in the Second World War where he was captured as a prisoner of war during the St. Nazaire Raid and imprisoned in Colditz Castle. Following his eventual release at the end of the war he was credited with saving the life of a six-year-old Audrey Hepburn, began working as a reporter for The Times and became a committed Marxist.<br/><br/><i>Typ: DVD</i>
