In 'Shaun of the Dead' (2004), Shaun (Pegg) works in an electronics shop in London's Crouch End. He doesn't get much respect from his fellow staff, even though he's standing in as the temporary boss. Meanwhile, he doesn't get on with his stepdad Philip (Bill Nighy) and his girlfriend Liz (Kate Ashfield) has had enough of his lack of direction and penchant for downing pints in the local pub. Things only get worse with the advent of the zombie apocalypse but Shaun joins forces with his best friend Ed (Nick Frost) to fight back, determined to save Liz and his mother Barbara (Penelope Wilton) from a grisly fate. In 'Hot Fuzz' (2007), Sergeant Nicholas Angel (Pegg)'s arrest record puts the whole of the Metropolitan force to shame and so his superiors reassign him to rural Gloucestershire, hoping they have heard the last of him. However, the sleepy town he's posted to turns out to be a hotbed of grisly murder and vigilantism. Angel's diligence and character sits ill with the locals, except for police officer Danny Butterman (Frost), who's a huge fan of buddy cop movies. The pair bond and join forces to uncover the truth about who is responsible for the crimes. Finally, in 'The World's End' (2013), galvanised by Gary (Pegg), 40-somethings Oliver (Martin Freeman), Andy (Frost), Steven (Paddy Considine) and Peter (Eddie Marsan) return to their home town for one last attempt at completing the Golden Mile pub crawl and reaching the final pub, The World's End. Lockwood stars as Lady Skelton, an aristocrat who attempts to relieve the tedium of her day-to-day life by secretly acting as a highway robber. Lady Skelton soon finds herself caught up in a tangled web of romance, danger, and jealousy. In 'Love Story' (1944), Lissa (Lockwood) discovers she only has a short time to live, so travels to Cornwall for a final fling. While there, she falls in love with young mineral prospector, Kit (Stewart Granger). However, the course of true love does not run smoothly. In 'Bank Holiday' (1938), a group of people set off on an August bank holiday, including a raucous Cockney family, a would-be beauty queen, and two young lovers - whose relationship starts to come apart when one has to deal with a bereavement at the hospital where she works. In 'Give Us the Moon' (1944), a young man, Sascha (Vic Oliver), joins a group called 'The Elephants' whose principle is to abide by a complete disregard for work. However chaos ensues when the group decides to help run the hotel owned by Sascha's father. In 'Highly Dangerous' (1950), when British Intelligence discovers that an Iron Curtain country is developing insects as weapons, they dispatch entomologist Frances Gray (Lockwood) to get into the country and collect specimens. However her cover is almost immediately blown on her arrival and her contact is murdered. Finally, in 'The Lady Vanishes' (1938), when the elderly Miss Froy (Dame May Whitty) goes missing on a train bound for England, her friend Iris Henderson (Lockwood) sets out to find her. However, Iris' attempts are immediately frustrated by her fellow passengers, who question whether Miss Froy ever even existed. Only music scholar Gilbert Redman (Michael Redgrave) is prepared to believe Iris, and together they set about getting to the bottom of the mystery.<br/><br/><i>Typ: DVD / Box Set</i>

A firm believer in the need for a transparent government, Kennedy had made as many friends as he had enemies which led to speculation on the identity of his killer, widely thought to have been a lone gunman. Following the events of his shooting and showing the people who had come into contact with him afterwards, including the doctors and staff of Parkland Hospital in Dallas, the film also recounts the manhunt by Agent Forrest Sorrels (Billy Bob Thornton) of the Secret Service for the president's apparent killer, former US Marine and Soviet defector Lee Harvey Oswald (Jeremy Strong).<br/><br/><i>Typ: DVD</i>
