Gender Studies is the debut EP from Irish feminist post-punk band M(h)aol, for release on 29th October digitally, and then a physical EP on 14th January via indie label TULLE which champions underrepresented voices in music. Gender Studies was recorded in just 3 days, and covers topics such as violence against women, the misogynistic music scene in Ireland and the UK, and trying to navigate life when you're not a cis straight white man. On the EP, lead vocalist Róisín says, “Gender studies weaves past & present in an exploration of how the construct of gender shapes our lives. From feeling like you're not performing your gender right to the way it shapes how we move through the physical, sexual & romantic sphere it marries urgent lyrics with a threatening yet (blank) sound."

Irish interdisciplinary artist Fears, aka Constance Keane, is back with her second full-length release - affinity. Following on from her critically acclaimed 2021 debut album Oíche, Fears has crafted ten self-produced tracks, drawing on human connection, intimacy, and moments of peace in a city. Written and recorded between London, New York, and Dublin, affinity explores the relationship between her physical surroundings and the work she creates.

'Put Your Hands Where I Can See Them' is the debut LP from Irish singer-songwriter Niall McDowell. A capsule of stories; inspired by the eclecticism of Arthur Russell and the performance art of Laurie Anderson, they sought to find a realm for their off-kilter country music to exist in, using analogue technology and working with producer Chris W. Ryan (TTSSFU, Robocobra Quartet, NewDad, Just Mustard). The result is a thoughtful meditation on the chaos of grief, the tribulations of the queer experience.
