Across more than two and a half hours of music, this set includes a wealth of new material never recorded elsewhere, plus a DVD of the performance. It stands proudly alongside Swans' legendary live records, closing this chapter with love and unbridled passion. Widely regarded as one of their finest performances, even by the band members themselves, this concert took place at the Roman Théâtre Antique in Arles. The lineup consisted of the core four members: Schmidt, Michael Karoli, Jaki Liebezeit and Holger Czukay. The band played as part of a festival that included other artists such as Nico and Kevin Ayres. The recording was unearthed from the Spoon Records vaults, after long only existing through the stories of those who were there. To celebrate its first release, it feels only fitting that the sleeve notes include first-hand accounts from people who attended the show. As with the rest of the series, this release captures the unique nature of Can's onstage improvisations. Every show was different, and these recordings offer a fresh look at a band whose creative process never truly finished.

Cabaret Voltaire's most commercially successful album, Code, returns on Mute after years out of print. First released in 1987, the band's eighth studio album has been remastered from the original tapes by Denis Blackham, who has worked on every Cabaret Voltaire album for over 20 years, with the original artwork restored. Co-produced with dub mastermind Adrian Sherwood, Code pushed toward synth-pop and mechanistic funk while staying defiantly credible. It was the last Cabaret Voltaire album made with a major budget and includes the charting singles Don't Argue and Here to Go. Recorded at the band's Western Works studio in Sheffield, with Sherwood involved in pre-production before mixing at Red Bus in London, it reflects the group's commercial and creative peak. This reissue began in 2019 with Richard H. Kirk and was completed after his death using his notes, with Stephen Malinder and Richard's estate.
