Continuing the long-running series, Hawkwind, Friends & Relations Volume 6 will be released in August, further documenting the many strands of the band's enduring legacy. Featuring material from Hawkwind alongside solo and side projects from members of the current line-up, the collection also expands outwards to include contributions from friends, collaborators and the band's own crew collective T.O.S.H. (Technicians Of Spaceship Hawkwind), whose recordings feature guest appearances from Hawkwind musicians. The release presents a broad snapshot of the creative world surrounding the band today, from space rock and psychedelia to experimental electronics and atmospheric instrumentals.
