In 'Shaun of the Dead' (2004), Shaun (Pegg) works in an electronics shop in London's Crouch End. He doesn't get much respect from his fellow staff, even though he's standing in as the temporary boss. Meanwhile, he doesn't get on with his stepdad Philip (Bill Nighy) and his girlfriend Liz (Kate Ashfield) has had enough of his lack of direction and penchant for downing pints in the local pub. Things only get worse with the advent of the zombie apocalypse but Shaun joins forces with his best friend Ed (Nick Frost) to fight back, determined to save Liz and his mother Barbara (Penelope Wilton) from a grisly fate. In 'Hot Fuzz' (2007), Sergeant Nicholas Angel (Pegg)'s arrest record puts the whole of the Metropolitan force to shame and so his superiors reassign him to rural Gloucestershire, hoping they have heard the last of him. However, the sleepy town he's posted to turns out to be a hotbed of grisly murder and vigilantism. Angel's diligence and character sits ill with the locals, except for police officer Danny Butterman (Frost), who's a huge fan of buddy cop movies. The pair bond and join forces to uncover the truth about who is responsible for the crimes. Finally, in 'The World's End' (2013), galvanised by Gary (Pegg), 40-somethings Oliver (Martin Freeman), Andy (Frost), Steven (Paddy Considine) and Peter (Eddie Marsan) return to their home town for one last attempt at completing the Golden Mile pub crawl and reaching the final pub, The World's End. However, after setting out on their quest, the friends' objective soon pales into insignificance when they realise that the fate of the entire human race may rest in their hands.<br/><br/><i>Typ: DVD / Box Set</i>

In 'Get Out' (2017), with their relationship becoming serious, Rose (Allison Williams) invites her African-American boyfriend Chris (Daniel Kaluuya) to meet her parents Missy and Dean (Catherine Keener and Bradley Whitford) as part of a weekend getaway at her family home. Initially, Chris thinks that the family's overly friendly behaviour is due to their nervousness about their daughter's interracial relationship, but when he then finds out that a number of black people have recently gone missing in the neighbourhood, he begins to realise there is something much more sinister going on. In 'Us' (2019), while visiting friends the Wilsons decide to stay at a remote beach house, but while settling in to their surroundings, they discover what appears to be another family standing mysteriously in their driveway. Things turn strange when the family makes a run towards the house, causing the Wilsons to shut themselves inside and defend themselves from the attackers. When they get a closer look at the crazed killers they realise they look identical to their own family, however act completely different. When the Wilsons realise the family will stop at nothing to kill them, they must find a way to identify who they are and bring them down before it's too late. Finally, in 'Nope' (2022), after the residents of an isolated California town witness a strange and frightening event resulting in the death of one of their elders, siblings OJ and Emerald Haywood (Kaluuya and Keke Palmer) attempt to catch a repeat of the event on film. In 'Pitch Perfect 2' (2015) The Barden Bellas enter an international singing competition that a group from the US have yet to win. Mercenary Zora Bennett (Johansson) is recruited by a pharmaceutical company to obtain DNA from three different species of hybrid dinosaurs to further life-saving and lucrative medical research. She and her team travel to a remote island that once served as an InGen research facility where they soon encounter more than they bargained for.
