Upon arriving in Tokyo, he discovers a strange club where patrons are entertained by a combination of staged fights, opera and performance art and meets Yoshino (Michiru Akiyoshi), an opera singer who has lost her voice. After agreeing to fight in exchange for information about Kuriko, the two are reunited, but she is reluctant to return home. 'Tetsuo 2 - Bodyhammer' (1992) follows an unassuming office worker who suffers an extreme reaction when his son is kidnapped by members of a skinhead cult.
