In 'A Night Out' (1915), Chaplin and his friend Ben cause trouble in a fancy restaurant after a night in the pub, and later that night he gets caught with the head waiter's wife. In 'Cruel Cruel Love' (1914), Chaplin plays Lord Helpus, a rich lord devastated by unrequited love. In 'A Film Johnny' (1914), Chaplin goes to the cinema and falls in love with the actress on screen. When Tillie inherits three million pounds, Chaplin swiftly returns with marriage in mind. In 'Knock Out' (1914), two down-and-outs attempt to turn their luck around by staging a fake boxing competition to make money. They get someone to pretend to be champion boxer Cyclone Flynn, but unfortunately the real Cyclone Flynn turns up and challenges the imposter to a fight. Shemp was replaced by his kid brother, Jerry 'Curly' Howard - but only after he shaved his head - and the rest is history.
