Los Angeles, 30 december 1999. Det är 48 timmar kvar till år 2000. Världen står på randen till ett nytt sekel. Lenny Nero är en fd polis som numera försörjer sig på att sälja illegala "clips", digitala inspelningar av verkliga händelser av vad andra människor känt och upplevt. Han säljer clips med det mesta, dvs lite sex, lite våld, lite romantisk kärlek. Lenny har dock yrkesstoltheten att inte syssla med sk "black-jacks", clips som innehåller autentiska mord. Men när Iris, en nära vän mördas av en hänsynslös gangster och lenny får ta del av detta blir han indragen i en sjaskig värld av intriger och förräderi. I ett försök att rädda sin fd flickvän Faithe får Lenny hjälp av de enda han kan lita på, säkerhetsvakten Mace och kollegan Max. In 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' (1990) Leonardo (voice of Brian Tochi), Donatello (Corey Feldman), Michelangelo (Robbie Rist) and Raphael (Josh Pais) must rescue Splinter (Kevin Clash), their adoptive father and the rat ninja master who trained them. He has been kidnapped by the Shredder (James Saito), the ruthless leader of the Foot Clan, a group of ninjas who are responsible for a wave of thefts across the city. However, the Shredder proves to be a formidable foe who shares a complicated past with Splinter and the Turtles will need help from reporter April O'Neil (Judith Hoag) and vigilante Casey Jones (Elias Koteas) to save him. In 'The Secret of the Ooze' (1991) the Shredder (François Chau) wants to avenge his previous defeat and so he kidnaps Professor Jordan Perry (David Warner), the man who created the substance which originally mutated Splinter and the Turtles. As the Shredder forces Perry to use the mutagen again, the Turtles race to find a way to stop him. However, they find themselves at odds over how best to proceed and Raphael (voice of Laurie Faso) joins forces with pizza delivery boy and martial arts expert Keno (Ernie Reyes Jr.) to take on the Shredder and the Foot Clan alone. Finally, in 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III' (1993), when a mystical sceptre transports April (Paige Turco) back in time to feudal Japan, the Turtles quickly follow.
