Brian Kerwin and Linda Hamilton star in this US action adventure sequel. Dr. Amy Franklin (Hamilton) leads a team of scientists who want to revive King Kong (Peter Elliott) from the coma he fell into after being shot down from the World Trade Center ten years prior.<br/><br/>To do this they create a large artificial heart for the beast, but they also need to find a similar-sized blood donor which comes along in the form of a female Kong who has recently been captured in the jungles of Borneo by explorer Hank Mitchell (Kerwin). After his successful operations, Kong escapes and discovers his donor is a potential mate. It seems a life of domestic bliss is in store for the pair until the army show up with other ideas...
