Finally, in 'A Horse for Alex' (2014) Alex (AJ Olson) is invited to Camp Harlow for the summer by her classmate Eric (Andrew Dyer), which she reads as a sign that he finally wants her as his girlfriend. However, Alex soon discovers that she is at a Christian camp and feels certain that she is in for a long summer. Initially Alex refuses to join in with camp activities but after several counselling sessions she begins to drop her tough façade and embraces the Christian faith.
