Each of these songs are a commentary on being human and wanting connection. There is a lot of chaos all around us and I definitely find myself feeling alone. My wish is that whoever hears these songs feels the hope I feel when I sing them! I hope these songs feel like a soothing moisturizer on our chapped hearts. We are all going<br/><br/>through so much in our humanity right now that being awake can feel like trudging through a burning desert. But we are never alone. And there is beauty everywhere. We just have to keep our eyes open.<br/><br/>I find I go to songwriting these days to make sense of what is going on inside and all around me. So much chaos but a ton of hope and love to share. These songs were all born of the experience of living in this moment. There is so much chaos and information coming at us that it can feel overwhelming and paralyzing. My hope is that when you hear these songs, you feel that this is only of a moment and that life is a beautiful gift worth sharing.<br/><br/>The album was produced and all songs written by Sheryl Crow and Jeff Trott.

Cult psych rock group Uncle Acid and the deadbeats are on the loose again with their seventh and latest crime against music, Shapes Of Midnight, released on Killer Candy Records. Through tracking live to tape at the legendary Abbey Road Studios while using the finest 1960s EMI console technology, the band have perfected their "Evil Beatles" sound with 45 minutes of ragged downer rock. Combining down tuned, fuzzed out guitars with two part vocal harmonies, pop melodies and subversive paperback horror lyrics, the band have carved out their own unique sonic world, which continues to evolve.
