Francis is a hitman of sorts, one whose moral compass leads him to assassinate the very people who hire him as punishment for them resorting to murder to get what they want. The new couple are being pursued however, and not just by gangsters who want to hire Francis but also by Francis' old partner, Hopper (Roth). However, when Alexander learns of her betrayal and reacts violently, Katherine and Sebastian are forced to take matters into their own hands in an attempt to get some retribution of their own. Things take a turn for the worse when a girl is murdered in the crowd, leaving the band and the victim's friend Amber (Poots) to plot a hasty escape from Darcy and his henchmen. Upon his departure, Friederich and Lotte agree to stay faithful to each other, however, when war breaks out Friederich's homecoming is severely delayed.
