In 'Batman V Superman - Dawn of Justice: Ultimate Edition' (2016), concerned that Superman (Cavill)'s powers may get out of hand if he isn't kept under control, vigilante Batman (Ben Affleck) leaves Gotham City for Metropolis where the two heroes find themselves in a head-to-head battle. Meanwhile, a terrifying evil threatens the safety of the human race. Will Batman and Superman be able to defeat their common enemy and save the day? Finally, in 'Zack Snyder's Justice League' (2021), following Superman's death, and with the world mourning his demise, Batman and Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) unite to form a team of superheroes to protect Earth from the looming invasion of Steppenwolf (voice of Ciarán Hinds) and his army of Parademons. They recruit metahumans Aquaman (Jason Momoa), Cyborg (Ray Fisher) and The Flash (Ezra Miller) to join them. As other inmates from the institution begin to appear in her fantasies, the differences between Baby Doll's two realities become less pronounced. Soon, she and her friends realise that what happens in this alternate world will influence events in the 'real' one.
