Set in dystopian England, Alex is the leader of a small gang he calls his 'droogs'. Following a night of extreme violence the droogs voice their dissatisfaction with Alex's leadership and the subsequent fall-out eventually leads to his arrest. After two years of incarceration Alex behaves without fault and is selected to take part in a series of experiments designed to rid him of his violent tendencies.
