While backpacking in Yorkshire, Americans David Kessler and Jack Goodman (Naughton and Dunne) are attacked one night by a vicious creature which leaves Jack dead and David badly injured. David regains consciousness in hospital three weeks later and is shocked when Jack, now undead and rotting, appears and tells him that they were attacked by a werewolf.
