När en magisk meteor kraschlandar i Äventyrsstaden, får PAW Patrol-valparna superkrafter, och förvandlas till MÄKTIGA VALPAR! För Skye, den minsta medlemmen i teamet, är hennes nya krafter en dröm som blivit sann. Men allt förändras när valparnas ärkefiende borgmästaren Överdängare rymmer ur fängelset och slår sig ihop med en galen vetenskapsman för att stjäla superkrafterna. Äventyrsstadens öde står på spel.
