Amerikanska post-punk bandet Swans med en återutgivning av albumet 'The Seer' från<br/>2012. Det två timmar långa albumet spelades in i Berlin och New York och blev mycket hyllat av kritiker världen över. Sånginsatser från bland annat Yeah Yeah Yeah sångaren Karen O, Alan Sparhawk och Mimi Parker från 'Low', medlemmar från Akron/Family, Ben Frost, Grasshopper från Mercury Rev samt tidigare Swans medlemmen Jarboe gör albumet dynamiskt och spännande och värt att hyllas ännu en gång.

Swans return with a double CD edition of 'Birthing', the latest album, developed over the course of a yearlong 2023-2024 tour. Refined through relentless improvisation and live performance, as well as newly composed studio pieces, 'Birthing' is a testament to Michael Gira's uncompromising sonic vision. Beginning as skeletal acoustic compositions, the songs were gradually expanded and transformed in the studio with longtime live members and collaborators.

Originally released in November 2024 as a physical only, limited edition physical boxset, Swans' Live Rope is now being made on CD at retail. A document of the band's US/EU 2023-24 live tours, this material laid the blueprint for the band's most recent studio album, Birthing, released May 2025.
