Come Cry With Me is the 2013 album by the prolific Canadian artist, Daniel Romano. The classic county album pays homage to artists like George Jones and Hank Williams with a blend of heartfelt, tragic storytelling and a playful, tongue-in-cheek style. The album's ironic authenticity is best shown by its meticulous attention to detail in its musical arrangements, instrumentation and the lyrical themes of loss, and hard times along with creative parodies. Back in print and on pressed on pink vinyl, this is the first pressing since 2020.

Slog igenom som americana-artist - men har liksom dragit åt lite olika håll, så också på denna platta som via sina tolv låtar är något annat. Likt en korsning av Phil Spector och Lee Hazelwood låter ljudbilden, Daniel skriver fortfarande intelligent och spännade musik - och han spelade in skivan i Sverige - närmare bestämt i Finnsnäs - när han var här och gjorde en rad succé-gigs. Det är en mycket lyckad sak detta, när nytt och gammalt möts. Och sedan sjunger ju Daniel som ingen annan!
