The brilliant and formidable (Noisey) Minneapolis-based Moodie Black have a penchant for ferocious live shows and a host of critically acclaimed releases to their name. On Lucas Acid, their first full-length album in four years, Chris Martinez (aka Kdeath) is coming to terms with life as a trans person of color. Through their own meticulous collaged production, Moodie Black speaks on identity, paranoia, love and its absence. Ceschi Ramos and French singer Pierre Mottron provide guest vocals.
